PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING TO A SECURE LOCATION, AS ONCE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE ADRESS PROVIDED WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. 

International Shipping 

- Flat Rate Priority $29.00 (7-21 BUSINESS Days).

- Express mail with tracking $58.00 (3-7 BUSINESS Days).

- Canada Rates are available at checkout. 

*Please note that all applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

*Some International locations do not include tracking and may take longer than average depending on the country's customs regulations. 

 

RETURNS 

We accept returns on full priced items within 20 days of purchase date for store credit. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with tags attached.

For U.S. orders, please go to:  RETURNS.MILKBOTS.COM  to retrieve the return RMA#.

  • An exchange can be requested, and if the product is in stock at the time of receiving the return we will process the requested exchange. Otherwise, store credit will be issued.
  • Returns must be post-marked and sent within 3 days after receiving the RMA # and Return Label. 
  • PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER we receive your return goods to be processed and issued a store credit. 

- ALL SALE ITEMS AND/OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS USING PROMOTIONAL CODES ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. ACCESSORIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SOCKS, HATS, TEETHERS ETC), SWIMWEAR, UNDER-GARMENTS ARE FINAL SALE. *please note, due to hygiene reasons we do not exchange/return UNDER-GARMENTS & swimWEAR.

- In accordance with the legislation governing e-commerce, return items must be intact, in perfect condition ready to be resold and in their original packaging. They must not be worn or used, nor have deteriorated in any way and must be perfectly clean WITH NO ODORS.  If items miss the return window or have been worn, we will not be able to process your return and items will be returned to you. 

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Alternatively, we can provide a return label if requested. A $7 shipping charge (+$2 EACH ADDITIONAL ITEMS) for all returns will be deducted from your store credit if this label is used.

- All international orders (outside the U.S.) ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES OR RETURNS AT THIS TIME.

- A restocking fee of 15% will be applied for returns of $150+

*All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Milk + Bots and If a return does not meet our policy, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-delivery. 

*Refusing a package does not constitute a valid return and will not be accepted / refunded for any reason. Re-delivery charges will apply to re-ship the package.  

***MILKBOTS MONITORS ACCOUNT ACTIVITY AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TRANSACTIONS AND/OR CLOSE ACCOUNTS BASED ON ORDER OR RETURNS BEHAVIOR.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT

Milk+Bots gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 3 days of the order ship date. Items no longer in stock (same color, size etc) and items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.  Adjustments will be issued as store credit. No price adjustments will be made on items originally purchased at discount or during a temporary promotional period.
