WE TRY OUR BEST TO SHIP ALL ORDERS WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER with the exception of peak periods DUE TO HIGH VOLUME (NEW LAUNCH DAYS, PROMOTIONAL SALE EVENTS ETC) where this may take a few days longer. PLEASE EMAIL US IF YOU NEED THE ORDER ASAP FOR MORE OPTIONS). 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING on Orders of $99.00 or more within the U.S

Priority mail and Express mail options are also available at checkout for an additional fee. 

*Milk+Bots is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, or delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-deliver once the tracking shows delivery confirmation. 

* Once an order is shipped out from us, Milk+Bots is no longer held responsible for any missing, lost, stolen or damaged packages. When an order is placed we carefully package the merchandise to ensure it will arrive undamaged. If you find that your package is missing, lost, stolen or damaged, we strongly encourage you reach out directly to the shipping carrier and file a claim using your provided tracking number. Once a package leaves our building we are unable to accept any claims made against the package.

International Shipping 

International rates are available at checkout. 

*Please note that all applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS 

We accept returns of any unused products within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit minus actual shipping costs.

Sale items, undergarments/socks, hair accessories and any item purchased with a discount greater than 10% is Final Sale. 

Merchandise must be:

unworn / unwashed

original tags attached / packaging intact. 

free of any signs of wear including stains, scents, animal hair, and damage.

MILK+BOTS has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Returns and exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process starting from the date we receive the order. 

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise. Please return the item you wish to exchange for a refund in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for a replacement item.
