WE TRY OUR BEST TO SHIP ALL ORDERS WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER with the exception of peak periods DUE TO HIGH VOLUME (NEW LAUNCH DAYS, PROMOTIONAL SALE EVENTS ETC) where this may take a few days longer. PLEASE EMAIL US IF YOU NEED THE ORDER ASAP FOR MORE OPTIONS). 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING on Orders of $99.00 or more within the U.S

Priority mail and Express mail options are also available at checkout for an additional fee. 

*Milk+Bots is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-deliver once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

International Shipping 

International rates are available at checkout. 

*Please note that all applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

RETURNS 

Items can be returned within 14 days from receipt in original (unused) condition for a store credit  (electronic gift card) or exchange.

SALE ITEMS, UNDERGARMENTS/SOCKS, HAIR ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.  PURCHASES USING A DISCOUNT GREATER THAN 10% off & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. 

Merchandise must be:

unworn / unwashed

original tags attached / packaging intact. 

free of stains, perfume scents, animal hair, and damage.

MILK+BOTS has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Returns and exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to process starting from the date we receive the order. 

Exchanges:

Please place a new order for exchanges and we will process a store credit for the returned item. In some cases where the requested exchange item is in stock at the time of processing the return, we can process an exchange and send out the new item without deducting the return label fee.
